If you place your order with Lace & Trimming Co. before 3:00pm (AEST) we will ensure same day shipping. Please note orders are only processed and shipped on business days.
We offer flat rate Australia Post shipping for $9.00
All orders over $150.00 will receive free standard shipping.
Shipping can take anywhere from 3-7 business days, please be aware that we are shipping from a regional area and this could impact on shipping time.
Customers are more than welcome to come and pick up their order in store, proceed to checkout and select the in store pick up option.
If you are not happy with the items you have received please contact us within 7 days after purchase so we can ensure to resolve the problem. Unfortunately we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size, item or colour ordered.
