Fold Over Elastic (FOE) is soft and gentle, it has a shiny finish on one side and matte finish on the other. FOE can be used to make custom made headbands or as trim on cloth nappies. FOE comes in many pretty patterns including tie dye, paisley, spot, glitter and chevron.
